Scentroid olfactometers, monitoring stations and field sampling equipment, supplied and supported by the team that runs the same instruments in a NATA-accredited laboratory.
Equipment that continuously measures air pollution at a site. Used to track dust and gases, show trends, and provide clear data for reporting and compliance.

The instrument is the same wherever you buy it. What differs is whether the people selling it have ever had to defend a result produced on one.
Scentroid olfactometers are in use in our NATA-accredited Brisbane laboratory. We know how they behave in the field, what fails first, and which model actually suits the work you described.
Buying the instrument is the easy part. We advise on sampling design, panel management and standards compliance, so the data the instrument produces will survive review.
Australian time zone, Australian conditions, and training for your team either on site or remotely. Not an email address in another hemisphere.
If the volume of work does not justify owning an instrument, we will say so and quote the analysis instead. That answer costs us a sale and saves you a capital item that sits in a cupboard.
It depends on where the measurement happens and what you need to report. The SM100 and SM100i are field instruments for measuring odour at the source or in ambient air. The SC300 and SS400 are portable laboratory olfactometers for panel testing, with the SS400 running six assessors at once. Tell us the application, the standard you are reporting against and the volume of testing, and we will recommend one rather than list four.
Our focus is Australia and New Zealand. We have supported projects across Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and the Americas, so ask if your site sits elsewhere.
Training is scoped with the purchase rather than bundled by default, because the requirement varies enormously between a single field user and a laboratory running assessor panels. We will set it out in the quote.
Yes. Instruments need calibration and reference gas management to keep producing defensible results, and we can advise on schedules and support arrangements as part of the supply.
Both options are open. Where testing is occasional, using our NATA-accredited laboratory is usually more economical than owning, calibrating and staffing an instrument. Where testing is frequent or needs to happen immediately on site, owning one makes sense. We are happy to model the comparison for you.
The laboratory olfactometers support testing to AS EN 13725 and international equivalents, covering odour concentration, intensity and hedonic tone. Compliance depends on how the instrument is operated and how the panel is managed, not on the instrument alone, which is where the method support matters.
